With “Order Cancellation in the subject line. You must include your

Orders not under our 72 hour delivery program cancelled within
24-hours of order date will receive a full refund without penalty.
For orders cancelled after 24-hours from order date, Kantors reserves the
Right to charge a 15% order cancellation fee.
Orders within Kantors 72-hour program and are in stock, cancelled
Within 6-hours of order date will receive a full refund without penalty.
For orders within Kantors 72- hour program, Kantors reserves the
Right to charge 15% order cancellation fee.
CHANGE ORDER REQUESTS
Customers may submit a Change Order request by email, must include
Your name, order number, phone number and detailed explanation of order modification.
Change Order Requests received in writing
Within 6- hours for 72hour program
Within 24-hours for non 72 hour program
Will be accepted without additional fees.
RETURN POLICY
Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible
For round trip freight if the furniture has been shipped/produced.
Please contact us and we will assess you situation. A 15% re-stocking
Fee is also deducted from your refund. On Free shipping items the
Charges are included in the price but you are charged for round trip
Shipping costs incurred by Kantors Furniture. Please be careful when

You are placing the furniture. Items will not be authorized for return
After 15 days from the delivery date. Credit cards will be refunded once
